摘要

On-board integrated battery charger (OIBC) for electrical vehicle (EV) is a kind of special on-board charger utilizing motor windings and motor drive power unit. Therefore, cost saving and charging power promotion can be achieved in this way. Aiming at the high design degree freedom for complicated multiphase motor drive systems, this paper introduces a winding multiplexing method for single-phase and three-phase OIBC, which can simplify the rearrangement of motor windings. The decoupled equivalent motor model in OIBC is introduced and the phase current direct control scheme applicable to all topologies is presented. The control scheme is verified by the experimental and simulation results.
