摘要

In this paper, a full study was performed on the behavior of screw-piles in cohesionless soil through both experimental tests and a finite element modeling. The Plaxis code is used to perform the computations. The load-displacement curves have been measured from large scale test for all tested piles and then compared to the numerical results. In this modeling, the effect of pile installation on the soil has been studied and optimized for prediction of load-displacement curves of screw piles under tensile loading.
