Analysis on Filial Piety Culture and Xiaogan Entrepreneurship Ethos

Filial piety culture is one of the main reason leads to Xiaogan entrepreneurship characteristics.In this paper, a lot of literatures, the study of culture and entrepreneurship results to review the system, and also the connotation of modem filial piety culture interpretation and thinking: cherish life, reflect life source;To support their parents, Thanksgiving life process;Respect, respect for life.And thus reveals the particularities of Xiaogan entrepreneurship: a grateful spirit, a spirit of fraternity, unity and cooperation, harmonious coexistence and the spirit of honest and friendly and so on, in order to offer reference to Xiaogan cultivates and entrepreneurship.
