IASI radiometric and spectral performances are monitored during the MetOp-C thermal vacuum (TV) test at ESA-ESTEC. To carry out this mission, tools derived from the operational IASI Center of Expertise (ICE) are used. They consist in the TEC (Technical Expertise Center software) and MNP (Modele Numeriquc de Performances) software, used in IASI calibration/validation and routine phases for level 0 and level 1 monitoring and processing parameter update, and for investigation in case of anomaly. TEC and MNP tools are first migrated on a stand-alone laptop, the so-called mini-TEC, with architecture developed for the IASI TV test activity need. Mini-TEC developments performed to meet TV test requirements of IASI on-board configuration delivery and performance monitoring are first presented. We focus on both strategies used for development and TV test proceeding with mini-TEC. Examples of main monitoring are also presented to illustrate performance assessment activities during TV test with mini-TEC.
