ICT-Based Learning Technologies for Disabled and Non-disabled People: Introduction to the Special Thematic Session

摘要

The central section of the paper provides a brief overview of the six papers to be presented in the session and an introduction to the Enable Network Project on which the session is based. It is introduced by a short discussion of technology as both an enabler and barrier to disabled people accessing learning and recommendations to ensure it acts as an enabler rather than a barrier.
