Exploring the Rural Development Planning in Germany and China

摘要

The Chinese characteristics involve high rapid process of urbanization.This has consequences in rural areas' interests of farms should be important aspect of Rural Development Planning.The idea behind this research is based on three main aspects of rural development planning.First, it adopts Rural Development principles in theory.Second, it explores the various rural development challenges in China, from an urbanization perspective.It also investigates RDP in Germany.From the understand of these 3 aspects rural development the research builds a frame for improving rural development in China.This produces a source of intensifying conflicts between urban & rural areas, as well as a seriously imbalanced interior structure of rural societies.This requires the development and utilization of land in both urban and rural areas.To this regard, the objective helps for identifying those urbanization challenges that has negative impacts in rural China.
