Application of Green and Energy Conservation in Modern Office Buildings Architectural Design of Xizi United Mansion as an Example

Xizi United Mansion, characterized by green and energy conservation, is a high-rise intelligent modem building, which inherits the idea of green and low carbon and is designed scientifically in the aspects such as the conservation of land, energy,water, material and the indoor environment: Its shape coefficient and window-wall ratio are in effective control;the first air conditioning in China is designed in the building which integrates multi-intelligent energy saving elements whose systemic energy conservation accounting for 50％;the advanced Regen lifts powered by renewable energy installed in this building only consume 60％ of the energy coasumed by conventional lifts;considering its whole life circle, the annual comprehensive operating expenses saved by the new energy saving technology system in the building is about RMB3000000 according to the real-time monitoring data since its foundation, which is far below that of the conventional constructions.Therefore, good social value and economic benefits are brought by this building which is known as a role model of green and low-carbon building.
