New business model is a key of company for sustainable growth. Finding convergence opportunities among related business by ICT are used. So far companies has used the cross-sectional approach that measure unspecified customers' needs on certain time or space by observation, survey, or group interview. But the approach has some limits apply to the future business fit to the tailored needs and convergence. So this paper suggests a longitudinal approach, the need coexistence model that can monitor the changing of multiple needs by using the 'time' axis. This model is based on two assumptions. First, many kinds of 'the needs' can be coexist in the same time. Secondly, the degree of needs is ever-changing but can have some particular patterns. We hope this research can be used by practitioners and researchers who are considering the new business approach in the convergence era.
