This paper studies the design and development scheme of power equipment information management system of localization of power grid and the development advantages of. Net platform, and fully expounds the advantages of related database technology. We discuss the analysis, design and development of information system, provide a practical model for developing information system, and develop the overall architecture of the system. To reduce the difficulty of system upgrade, customization, maintenance and similar system development, the system development idea of combining component and web service is adopted, and MSSQL2016 is selected as database server. Through the actual operation test in the field, we verify the functionality, effectiveness and reliability of the system design It is finally put into use, which improves the equipment availability and reliability, controls the maintenance and repair costs, extends the life cycle of equipment, and realizes the maximization of enterprise profits.
