In this paper, we investigate the resource allocation for the video streaming service in the cognitive radio network (CRN) based on orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA). Considering the channel estimation error between secondary transmitters (STx) and primary receivers (PRx), we address the probabilistic interference constraint model. With imperfect CSI between STx and secondary receivers (SRx), the achievable rate of SRx is derived by introducing the outage probability of subchannels. To guarantee the quality of experience (QoE) of service and the fairness of resource allocation among SRx, the minimum rate constraint and the maximum rate constraint are set for resource allocation problem, respectively. Finally, we formulate the QoE-aware resource allocation in the OFDMA-based CRN with imperfect CSI consideration as an optimization problem to maximize the system throughput, and also give its solution. Simulation results show that channel estimation error can significantly degrade the performance of resource allocation scheme, and the proposed resource allocation scheme can alleviate the negative effect of imperfect CSI effectively and achieve good performance.
