摘要

This paper aims to raise a new kind of MDEA - TETA blended absorbent for capturing flue gas CO2, to study the absorption time, different concentration ratios and reaction temperature on the influence of the mixed amine-based absorbents and to compare absorption effect between different proportions of mixed amine-based absorbents and MDEA absorbent which commonly used in industry. The results showed that absorption efficiency had been maintained above 90% when a concentration ratio for MDEA/TETA was 6:1 and the reaction time was 20mins~60mins. And different concentration ratio of mixed amine absorbent absorption effect is superior to effect of MDEA. This new mixed amine-based absorbents can reduce energy consumption and is applicable on CO2 capture in the power industry because of the quantity of the enamine is less than 20%.
