摘要

In order to analyze dynamic characteristic of monolithic track bed with damper fastener under the vertical load,braking force and temperature load on the continuous long ramp with large slope,and provide design theory of ballastless track on it.This paper refers to the structure of monolithic track with damper fastener of Guiyang Metro and set up the vertical static coupling model of rail-bridge-pier,using the finite element method to calculate and analyze the influence law of different slope and fastener longitudinal resistance to the monolithic track bed under the vertical load,temperature load and deflection force.The result shows that from the point of the stability of ballastless track,for the monolithic track bed with damper fastener on the continuous long ramp with large slope,the influence of slope to the track force and deformation is very large.When the slope increases to 28‰,the longitudinal crawling of rail is 19 mm,and we should increase the anti creeper.Besides,in order to reduce the maximum value of longitudinal tension and pressure,the longitudinal resistance of fastener should be decreased.However,in order to avoid over size of track longitudinal crawling,the value of fastener longitudinal resistance should not be too small.From the point of view of track longitudinal stability,the recommendation value of fastener longitudinal resistance on steep gradient is 24~30 kN/rail.
