CARBOHYDRATE ADAPTOGEN FOR THE IMMUNE DISORDER PROPHYLAXIS AND DYSBACTERIOSIS CORRECTION

We have studied the effect of carbohydrate adaptogen - adaptohit on the support of colonizational resistance of the primates macacoresus in the condition of hypokinesia. Primates of the experimental group received with feed adaptohit (50 mg/kg) daily for 14 days. Changes of intestine microflora qualitative and quantitative composition were studied before hypokine-sia, on 3,13 days hypokinesia and on 7 days after last receiving of adaptohit. The intestine microflora of experimental primates was stable with generally prevalent of anaerobic microorganisms. At the control group we observed the development of dysbacteriosis Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree as a cause of hypokinesia. The investigations indicated that the use of adaptohit during hypokinesia prevents a decrease of lymphocyte proliferative activity induced optimum dose Con A at the period rea-daptation. Also we detected the normalization of allergologic status of experimental-group of primates which received adaptohit with feed.
