摘要

An effort was made to study this aspect and find out some economical solution for reducing the scale formation in juice heaters, evaporators, pans and centrifugals and reducing the viscosity of mother liquor and also reducing the down time of tube cleaning for save energy and chemicals consumption. For above said purpose the installation of permanent magnets in evaporator set was made and effect of the magnetic field and induced electric field are described in this paper.
