Narrow linewidth, high power, high operating temperature digital supermode distributed Bragg reflector laser

We demonstrate a hybrid electronic and thermally tuned digital supermode distributed Bragg reflector (DSDBR) laser operating at 50^OC submount temperature with <200kHz Lorentzian linewidth, >16dBm fiber-coupled output power, >40dB SMSR and full C-band capability. Module power dissipation is <3W for power leveled 16dBm output and operation in 75^OC ambient environment.
