An Approach to Proposing New Business Models Basing on Association Rule Learning, BP Neural Network and Creative Computing

This research aims at proposing new business models through creating new business operating ideas by using the association rule learning, the BP neural network and creative computing methods. To discover the creativity in business subject, obtaining the connections between business behaviours and data changing is necessary. Additionally, by applying the creativity approaches in the business domain, the behaviours in different categories can be filtered for further use and the behaviours that may achieve creativity can be screened. The BP neural network is used for completing this step. The whole workflow has three steps and one preparation. The three steps are for detecting the changeable components of the business model in an individual company, detecting the creativity possible behaviours and iterative matching the business behaviours and data changing. The preparation work is conducted using the association rule learning, where the Apriori algorithm completes an association rule building for iterative matching use. The output ideas can be the basis for establishing a creative business model.
