摘要

Perturbation and observation is a method to do the searching work for the maximum power point based on the static PV curve, the fast dynamic change of illumination will lead to the misjudgment of algorithm and make it invalid, as well as low speed of velocity tracking. This paper aims at putting forward an improved perturbation and observation, by making compare with the power at the same time and under the same intensity of illumination, we can judge the next perturbation direction of it; making use of curve partition and adopting variable step size to guarantee MPPT fast velocity tracking speed and high MPPT efficiency. Simulation result shows that this improved perturbation and observation method can solve Misjudgment and enhance velocity tracking speed.
