The most important power equipment in a power system is a transformer. Its mission is heavy and its cost is expensive. The safe operation of the transformer directly affects the safety of the entire power system. Once a fault occurs, it will have a huge impact on the power system and the end users. harm. At present, the effective method for diagnosing the internal fault of transformer is the dissolved gas analysis method in transformer oil. Based on the relationship between transformer fault gas and fault type, BP neural network model of transformer fault diagnosis is established. And genetic algorithm is used to optimize the weight and threshold of BP neural network. Through testing fault model, results show that the fault diagnosis rate meets the requirement and it has excellent practical application value.
