摘要

In order to solve the problem which the dual-suspension systems was not always synchronous, air gap and speed double cross-coupled synchronizing method was proposed in this paper. At first electromagnetic suspension system mathematical model was established. Then the coupled model of two suspension systems could be deduced, and double cross-coupled controller was designed on the base of the model. The simulation results show that the designed controller can make the system achieve better anti-interference performance and robustness. The beam can suspend steadily without any friction.
