Non-Orthogonal curvilinear coordinate ocean hydrodynamics model inspherical coordinate (Muin, 1997a, 1997b) was further developed tosimulate propagation of tsunami and sediment transport. The time stepof the model was not limited by gravity wave speed. Thecomputational domain was split into three regimes. The model cansimulate both cohesive and non-cohesion sediment. The erosion,deposition, and dispersion of suspended sediment were simulated bothin offshore, shore. The model was integrated into GeographicInformation System named MuTsunami, which is funded by ResearchBoard of Indonesia. The software can be used to develop Tsunami RiskMap and as tool in early warning system. The paper presents thecomputational technique and results of the simulations for AcehTsunami. The agreement between the model and observational data arevery good.
