The Analysis On The Key Issues of networked expressway Electronic Toll Collection System

摘要

This paper analyses the construction and management mode of Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system. In particular, its operation, selection on tagl and solutions based on practical experience to these issue. In addition this paper also suggests that the mode of construction and management on ETC system is the core issue for the system's suitability and operational management requires moderate operation and management.
