Mixed Traffic Flow Analysis of Urban Signalized Intersection

摘要

This paper reports a mixed traffic flow study which established a vehicle departure model under mixed traffic condition, the researching focuses on the urban signalized intersection which can observe conflictions among motors, non-motors and pedestrians frequently. Most researchers pay more attention to planning method or control strategy, and establish some macrocosmic models, but no deeper researches about disturbance are found. In this paper we seek to compare the departure vehicle stream's headways with and without mixed traffic condition using software to extract headways from video automatically, and analyze the vehicles traffic characteristics of departure model.
