The Creation Process of an Individual Grade Sender via E-Mail for Students Running on the Server of Sun Trackers

The aim is to present the creation of an individual grade sender tool. This can send grades for every student via e-mail. The tool is running on the web server where the sun trackers' data is stored. To respect the intimacy of a student, each student must see only his own grade and not the grade of his colleague. To send all grades via e-mail to the students is a simple task, but to send only the students own grade, it can be a more complex task. There must be a tool which reads the student's email addresses and grades and send individual e-mails to each student. A tool like this can enhance e-learning systems.
