Establishing database of marine stations real-timemonitoring provides data support for marine environmentforecasting sectors. According requirements of marine stationsobservation database, design and implement marine stations real-time monitoring database management system. Introduce themain method and technique of database construction. Accordingrespective characteristics of the marine monitoring elements,generate standard data interchange formats. Original monitoringdata received by National Marine Environmental ForecastingCenter was stored in the specified directory by a fixed name afterquality controlling. Then real-time warehousing application andtransferor application run without human interaction .Data areinput into the database and simulation experiment shows that itis adaptive to the requirements of data quick update and query.
