Detection Of The Road Defects In The Tunnel Area

摘要

This article presents research results in the area of 3D scanning of the tunnel roadway surface and its surroundings. Then it describes analysis of the obtained models with respect to the safety of the road traffic inside tunnel. Presented method allows to create and analyze 3D model of the roadway surface. From the analysis of the model, it is possible to determine the degradation degree of the roadway and provide basic info required for its repair. Method has been verified by several testing analyses.
