QoS Ensuring Scheme for Telecommunication Networks with Tail Drop and RED Mechanisms

摘要

In the paper a tensor model for telecommunication network from reliability point of view is given. A condition for ensuring required quality of service in networks with using Tail Drop and RED mechanisms is formulated.
