摘要

In the process of logistics distribution, the transportation system is usually disturbed by complex factors, which leads to the dynamic and randomness of the vehicle speed. Meanwhile, there are lots of alternative paths between any two customers in the actual urban distribution network. This paper will investigate the routing optimization in logistics enterprises under time-dependent transportation environment, which is of great significance to realize green low-carbon distribution. Firstly, the method of solving the optimal path between customers is given on the basis of dealing with the dynamic of vehicle speed. Secondly, for the purpose of minimizing carbon emissions and total travel time, the green distribution routing optimization model considering the customer service time window is formulated. Thirdly, a case study is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
