Research on tacit knowledge mining of university libraries based on data mining

摘要

Tacit knowledge is a valuable resource of university libraries. With the rapid development of information technology and information systems, more and more universities choose to manage and mine the tacit knowledge of library with data mining technology. This paper reviews the basic knowledge of tacit knowledge and data mining and classifies the existing tacit knowledge mining methods in the literature. The paper also expounds how to use data mining technology to mine the tacit knowledge of librarians and readers, which makes the library tacit knowledge explicit, realizing the information sharing between librarians and readers without barriers. And it also makes the maximum degree to meet the needs of the readers and to promote the innovation of library services.
