Taking the actual Hengshui university as example under the background of the integrated and coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, based on the strategic environment five forces model analysis of regional economic development, and SWOT analysis method utilizing the competitive environment in which the Institute of Hengshui, planning the strategy for the characteristics of Hengshui University competitiveness, has a certain significance in the long-term development of the school.
