We have developed and demonstrated two types of energy harvesters based on piezoelectricity and triboelectricity for multiple energy harvesting applications. The structural and electrical properties of P(VDF-TrFE) were investigated by XRD, FTIR, oscilloscope, and low-noise current preamplifier. Type 1 device generated the voltage, current, and power of 2 V, 6.5 μA, and 6.5 μW, respectively, when subjected to air flow. Additionally, hybrid energy harvester (type 2) generated voltage, current, and power of 1 V, 4 μA, and 4 μW, respectively, from piezoelectricity, and voltage, current, and power of 3.5 V, 6.5 μA, and 22.75 μW, respectively, from triboelectricity, under mechanical force of 15 N with 1 Hz.
