By using Microsoft Excel VBA tool, which is popular and easy developing, to optimize data collection method. With those data and its statistical values, we can Figure out production status. Using pivot table to cross-check hourly output (by lines by machines), for better understanding it’s fluctuation status.For completing Panasonic’s Pro-Viewer platform in detail part and for enhancing the flexibility in data analysis, using this tool to calculate each log form production. With this tool, IE team can reduce inconvenient while collecting data and can avoid data deviation when analysis data.
