Through the analysis the development of scientific research management system, proposed one design proposal of uses LINQ development this system under WEB. It uses three constructions to carry on the system development, to carry on the operation for the database by LINQ. Through the example elaborated how to enhance the access speed and efficiency of database by the highly effective LINQ technology.
