In this paper, the problem for the image processing of multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) radar which based on the structural properties of Fornasini-Marchesini second model (FM-II) is presented. Introduced a new elementary operation approach to the realization of MIMO radar 3-D image display with FM-II local state-space model multidimensional (n-D) systems. The constructive procedure that can generate the realization of FM-II state-space model by the right matrix fraction description (MFD). Specifically, the data processing of MIMO radar 3-D image realization can be reduced by an elementary operation approach by given a certain n-D polynomial matrix. Finally, a general constructive realization procedure will be proposed, which can be easily implemented by a computer program. Non-trivial example will be given to illustrate some details and as well as the software implementation effectiveness of the proposed approach.
