In order to analyze the seismic performance of regional buildings and the rationality of seismic structure, it is necessary to conduct quantitative analysis of peak ground motion acceleration. Due to the limitations of the data from GB-18306, the interpolation method for small sample data in a large area was carried out for quantitative analysis. In this paper, based on the GA tool in ArcGIS software, the empirical Bayes Kriging method, inverse distance weight method and other interpolation methods are compared and analyzed. Through experiments, the RMS error of the empirical Bayesian Kriging method is 0.02220027, and its measurement results are better than the inverse distance weight interpolation analysis method.
