with the increase of the electric network capacity and users’ increasing requirements to the reliability of electrical supply equipments, equipment maintenance module has became the key to the study of the electrical supply equipment management model. It became the common concerns of the production department, management department and scientific research department in recent years that discovering a reasonable maintenance strategy and optimal maintenance mode to ensure the reliability of electrical supply equipments. On the basis of RCM strategy framework, this paper establishes a comprehensive maintenance model of electrical supply equipment, classifies the electrical supply equipments by equipment status indicator and equipment importance indicator, and adopts different ways of ex-post maintenance, periodic maintenance and status maintenance in accordance with each classification. In addition, using Analytic Hierarchy Process to solve the equipment importance indicator, which can help define the maintenance mode, makes the maintenance work more scientific and reasonable.
