摘要

In order to improve the performance of the tension control system of roll-fed printing press, a tension control system based on SIMOTION was proposed by analyzing the characteristics of the roll-fed printing. Controller drive two drive modules, using ST, MCC and other language design the algorithm through the Scout development environment, developed a roll-fed printing press experimental platform to achieve the control. Experimental results indicate that the system has good stability, high sensitivity, simple structure, and it is convenient to use. It has important implications on the control algorithm in teaching domain.
机译:为了提高卷筒纸印刷机张力控制系统的性能,通过分析卷筒纸印刷机的特性,提出了一种基于SIMOTION的张力控制系统。控制器驱动两个驱动模块,通过Scout开发环境,采用ST,MCC等语言设计算法,开发了卷筒纸印刷机实验平台来实现控制。实验结果表明,该系统稳定性好,灵敏度高,结构简单,使用方便。它对教学领域的控制算法具有重要意义。
