Two-level atom is a fundamental component in quantum information technology and optomechanical cavities are employed to manipulate the field in a cavity. These facts have motivated us to derive and investigate the dynamic of a composed quantum system consisting of an optomechanical cavity followed by a tow-level atom. Vacuum flied is fed to the optomechanical cavity and output field of cavity serves as input for a two-level atom. SLH framework is used to develop the model of composed system. Then Heisenberg equations of motion for the system operator are derived. Simulations have been conducted for several initial states to check the validity of the developed model.
