Theme Mining and Evolution Analysis of Negative Comments on App Software

摘要

The comment information provides the reference and the management support for the user and the enterprise, the mobile terminal App software iteration only utilizes the information of user negative comment t, can understand the user needs to update the product better. Based on the negative comments of the app software, this paper uses the LDA theme modeling to analyze each month's negative comments to obtain the theme information contained in the negative comments. And analyses the evolution of themes by comparing the differences and links of the different month's theme.
