Ergonomics Analysis of Bus Seat Based on Jack

摘要

As a common means of transportation, the comfort of buses is an important factor that affects passengers’ riding experience. The original bus seat and the improved bus seat model were built by CATIA software. The North China manikins with 10, 50 and 95 percentile stature are established using JACK software. The simulations and ergonomic analysis are conducted about comfort and energy consumption. The results show that the ergonomic performance of improved bus seat is better and suitable for people to use.
