The prediction for ship exhaust emissions is significant. According to the data about emission of diesel engines under different operating power, this paper constructs non-equigap GM(1,1) model. And it is solved and calculated based on the knowledge about Matrix Theory, which makes this model and calculation simplified and accessible. Then quantitative results to the prediction of Sulfur Dioxide and Carbon Dioxide in emissions have been gotten. Finally comparing with the actual value to test this model, it can be found that the predicting outcomes are satisfactory. The model with simple operation and high precision is easy to apply and popularize in environmental monitoring, which has important significance.
