Fixed and moving facilities on the highway are implemented to form a network by the internet of things. A technology of radar chain detection and screen information confirmation on the highway is proposed to identify and analyze highway accidents, then determine the influence area. Emergency response and rescue can be carried out by Mechanism of Highway cross-department emergency and linkage management. At the same time, a partition and classification publishing model of traffic accidents information and traffic Induction information is found to carry out public information services and induce other travelers to avoid traffic accidents in the region effectively. The Highway traffic accident identification and emergency response technology based on the internet of things has been applied on the highway of Anhui, China. The effect is obvious. It will play an important role in improving highway safety management services.
