Health monitoring is an important issue in recent aging society and is especially required at-home and at care facilities. Stepped-FM UWB sensor has recently attracted considerable attention for Wireless health monitoring since it obtains range profiles which has high range resolution. In this paper, the measurement scheme using a stepped-FM UWB sensor is suggested. Also, this scheme has problem that the estimation accuracy of spectrum analysis. This paper suggests Maximum Entropy Method (MEM) for the spectrum analysis. It offers the high spectrum resolution and accuracy, although it doesn't many samples of data. We investigated the accuracy and performance by the measurements which were conducted various scenarios.
