摘要

As the increase of high definition video contents, video contents indexing has become more important. Thus, a suitable scene change detection method to Ultra High Definition (UHD) video contents is needed. We propose a new method using two layers that can detect the scene changed frames in a fast and accurate way. Also, we propose an algorithm that can be applied to the Next Generation codec HEVC. Through the experimental results, our proposed method will helps UHD video contents analysis and indexing.
