This manuscript deals with the missions undertaken by Eurockot Launch Services GmbH for the European SpaceAgency's Earth Observation Directorate and other customers and highlights the upcoming launch of the three Swarmsatellites Eurockot will perform for the European Space Agency (ESA) with a Rockot launch vehicle. The manuscriptdescribes the details of preparing this launch technically and programmatically and specifically highlights the design ofthe spacecraft adapter and dispenser system for this three-satellite payload. All three Swarm satellites will be releasedsimultaneously by this system which was designed and produced at Khrunichev Space Center in Moscow. The Swarm mission is the continuation of a series of launches Eurockot has provided for operators of low Earthorbit (LEO) Earth observation, science and technology satellites. Earth observation missions comprise a substantial partof these launches and details of them are covered in the manuscript. The recent launch record of Eurockot features twolaunches of the Earth Explorer satellites GOCE and SMOS undertaken for the ESA in 2009 which were successfullyinjected into their respective orbits. These launches followed previous launches for customers in the US, Germany,Korea and in Japan. The present backlog of upcoming launches comprises four different missions for ESA: The Swarm mission, thelaunches of Sentinel-2A and -3A in support of Europe's GMES programme and so called "Generic Launch" for whichthe spacecraft will be defined by ESA in the near future. All of these missions are described chronologically. The manuscript ends by also providing an overview of the incremental increase of the Rockot payload performanceachieved in recent years.
