摘要

An overview of relationship between nuclear fuel burn-up depth and absorbers used is made. Gd_2O_3, PuO_2, and mixture of transuranium elements as absorbers for NPP with WWER reactors are considered. The results of comparative design research of fuel burn-up under conditions of open and closed nuclear fuel cycle are represented.
