The Effect of Lightness Component on Preferred Skin Color Reproduction of a Display

It is important to understand preferred skin color reproduction in display industry. The aim of this study is to examine the relatbnship between the brightness of facial skin color and the perceived preference on a display. The experiments are conducted to determine the preferred skin color ranges on the chromatic components and lightness component on sRGB-gamut display.
