Using touch panel, display image is easy distorted by external pressure. We improved pressure resistant characteristic of 2-domain FFS by optimizing 2nd ITO structure and controlling production process. Larger middle comer length and corner angle of 2nd ITO structure can improve pressure resistant characteristic of 2-domain FFS, and the distance of 1st ITO edge to 2nd ITO is also important.
