Boundary element method for scattering problem on dielectric wedge placed between metal plates

摘要

Solution of scattering problem on dielectric wedge placed between metal plates by the boundary element method is discussed. Such structure is a key element of electromechanically configurable microwave devices. Computed multimode scattering matrix can be used for simulation of tunable microwave devices.
