摘要

In order to maintain adequate strategic oil reserves to cope with oil crisis,the most economical and effective way is to increase the number of tanks and increase tank capacity,therefore,large storage tank are used more and more extensively.However,due to frequent earthquakes in recent years,the seismic safety of large storage tank is very important.In this paper,seismic response of large-size liquid storage tanks is analyzed,and liquid-solid coupling is considered in the model.The conclusions show that,after considering liquid-solid coupling,obvious "elephant foot" buckling phenomenon appears by considering liquid-solid coupling and it should be paid more attention in the seismic design.
