摘要

The Ti6Al4V ELI bars of 380mm in diameter with different Al equivalent, which were produced by vacuum arc remelting (VAR) and forging, were studied in this paper to investigate the influence of Al equivalent on room temperature mechanical property of the Ti6Al4V ELI alloy. The results showed that Al equivalent had obvious effects on room temperature tensile properties and room temperature plastic property of Ti6A14V ELI alloy,and an optimal Al equivalent that led to a nice comprehensive properties was found in this paper.
